FRESHDATA emerged from the Communication Networks Research Group (CNG) at Middle East Technical University (METU), one of Turkey's leading technical universities. Our journey began with groundbreaking research in Low Power Wide Area Networks (LPWAN) and their applications in critical infrastructure.
Recognizing a significant gap in the LPWAN sector—particularly in scalability, energy efficiency, and coverage for industrial IoT applications—we transformed our academic insights into practical, market-ready solutions.
